DOCU-DEPOT’s flexible, high-speed document imaging resources
provide a wide range of quality-controlled digital imaging solutions.
We handle a variety of document sizes from business cards to architects
drawings, and offer flexible document scanning, including:

• Color document imaging
  
• Optical character recognition (OCR) digital imaging solutions
  
• Optical character recognition combined with cold data entry digital imaging,
  when document scanning quality is poor
  
• The document can either be delivered on CD, DVD,
  or downloaded from our FTP site.

Another service that DOCU-DEPOT offers is Imaging on Demand for clients
that are already storing their documents with us.Some of the advantages
of Imaging on Demand:

• The files are stored offsite at our facilities.
  
• We receive a request to image a file.
  
• The requested file is scanned.
  
• An e-mail may be transmitted with a link on our website to view the requested file.
  From there the file can be saved or printed.
  
• The hard copy file that was imaged is returned to its location in its original box.
  
• The imaged copy of the file is can be kept on our servers and can be viewed
  as frequently as needed.
  
• Save space and improve productivity by retrieving documents online.
